what an experience! we found ants everywhere, even biting us! plus, the shower pressure is a joke. i really thought a room upgrade was automatic given my expectations—guess not. overall, i almost left a good review but just couldn’t. so disappointing!

A warm welcome in beautiful Porto

The location was perfect, allowing us to explore Porto effortlessly. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided tips on local attractions, ensuring we made the most of our stay.

While the apartment was lovely, I did wish for a washing machine to handle laundry. This would have made our stay even more convenient, especially with kids in tow.

A broken repeater combined with a weak signal is beyond frustrating. Also, the pillows simply lack support, making it hard to get a good night's sleep!!!
